3. Advantages and disadvantages

1. Surface paper

3. Cover paper
That is, titanium dioxide paper, which is placed on the lower layer of the decorative paper, prevents the phenolic resin of the bottom layer from soaking into the surface of the melamine board, and at the same time plays the role of covering the surface defects of the substrate.
4. Bottom paper
It is the base material of melamine board. The production process is immersed in phenolic resin glue, and then dried and made, and many layers can be superimposed.
Although the melamine board has the name “melamine”, it is a very safe and environmentally friendly man-made decorative board, and it can also reduce the formaldehyde release of the base board. However, the problem that the edge of melamine board is easy to collapse also plagues many consumers. Although it is economical, its service life is also limited.
